HOW TO MEASURE AND
FIND YOUR SIZE

Neck:Position the tape measure at the base of your neck where the shirt collar would sit. Mesure around your neck keeping the tape measure slightly loose.
Chest:Measure around the chest at the fullest part - under your arms and around your body.
Waist:Measure around your natural waist keeping the tape measure slightly loose.
Hips:Measure around the fullest part of your hips – across your bottom and around your body.
